In the municipality of Landesbergen in the Lower Saxony district of Nienburg / Weser , four municipalities had come together to handle their administrative business: Estorf , Husum , Landesbergen and Leese . 1 November 2011, merging the municipalities of the Samtgemeinde Landesbergen and the unified community Stolzenau to Mittelweser .

The area of the integrated municipality is mainly in the natural area of the Middle Weser Valley .
politics
The Samtgemeinderat had 23 seats. The last joint mayor was Walter Busse (CDU), who was elected as an individual applicant.
