On January 13th 2007 Guy made his debut in the B-World Cup Nordic Combined in Chaux-Neuve . In this competition series, which was renamed the Continental Cup of Nordic Combined for the 2008/09 season , he started regularly in the following years. He was able to achieve several podium placements, both individually and in a team. On February 18, 2012 he achieved the only victory in the team competition of the Continental Cup in Kranj together with Martin, Cailleau and Lafarge and in the 2011/12 season with fifth place also his best overall result. In the World Cup , in which he also started in Chaux-Neuve for the first time on January 31, 2009, a 23rd place on January 4, 2014 in Tchaikovsky, Russia, was his best result.
Guy completed his last FIS competition so far on January 24, 2016 at the World Cup in Chaux-Neuve. He lives in Rochejean .
