San Filippo Neri alla Pineta Sacchetti is a Roman Catholic church in the Roman district of Primavalle on Via Martino V, 28.
history
On May 10, 1934, the parish was founded by a decree by Cardinal Vicar Francesco Marchetti Selvaggiani and the pastoral care was entrusted to the Congregatio Pauperum Servorum Divinae Providentiae . These were later taken over by the Congregatio Religiosorum S.Vincentii in Paulo and finally, since 1977, the clergy of the diocese of Rome.
Construction was 1934 to 1937 by architect Tullio Rossi establishment was built by the Bishop and later Cardinal Vicar Luigi Traglia on May 29, 1937 consecrated ..
On November 27, 1983 the church was visited by Pope John Paul II .

architecture
The facade of the church is Romanesque and is flanked by a bell tower and a small monastery. Ten scenes from the New Testament are depicted on the bronze church door from 1989.
The interior consists of three naves which are delimited by brick piers and with a concrete - truss ceiling are spanned. The altar in the apse is made of polychrome marble and is framed by the sediles and a wooden crucifix that is painted in the Gothic style. On the left is a sacrament chapel.
organ
The organ comes from the organ builder Mascioni and is his Opus 478. It was built in 1935 and restored in 2001 by Alessandro Giacobazzi. The action is electric. The console has two manuals and a concave-radial pedal and can be moved freely in the nave. The organ has the following disposition .
