Sandra Lühr

Sandra Lühr (born July 30, 1978 in Detmold ) is a German actress , speaker and theater maker from Frankfurt am Main .

Life

Sandra Lühr is a daughter of the Frankfurt artist, photographer and songwriter Jim Brutto.

She received her first engagement in 1998 at the Städtische Bühnen Frankfurt as widow Shin in Der gute Mensch von Sezuan . In 1999, on the occasion of the 250th birthday of Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, she took part in the poetic peep show , which was shown in downtown Frankfurt. Further piece contracts followed, including at the Wiesbaden State Theater for the world premiere of the half-opera Henry Purcell's Dream of King Arthur by Tankred Dorst .

In 2004 she was seen as the female lead in the love story Abschied , which received the bronze medal at the FiSH 05 Festival. Furthermore, she played in various projects and performances in the independent scene. She was hired to play the role of the diva for the TANZPLAN project Im Märzen kein Bauer . This choreography received the nationwide award as “Selected Location” in the Land of Ideas . With the piece of beer for women (director: Tim Egloff ) she was invited to the Kaltstart Festival in Hamburg in June 2009 .

In the play SumSum by Laura de Weck , she was Salina's sister . The critics judged: "The scope for this figure was limited, but Sandra Lühr gave the little something a bit". From 2004 to 2008 she was one of the founding members of the Freie Theater Landungsbrücken Frankfurt .

Since 2006 Lühr has also worked as a spokesperson for radio, television, advertising and computer game synchronization with recording studios; she speaks the role of the smuggler in the online role-playing game Star Wars - The Old Republic by BioWare .

Sandra Lühr has been a lecturer for dubbing and radio play as well as for emotional acting at the Akademie Deutsche POP in Frankfurt am Main since 2013 .
