Santiago Olivera (born January 7, 1959 in Buenos Aires , Argentina ) is an Argentine clergyman and military bishop of the Argentine military ordinariate .

Life

Santiago Olivera received the sacrament of ordination for the diocese of Morón on September 18, 1984 .

On June 24, 2008, Pope Benedict XVI appointed him . to the bishop of Cruz del Eje . The bishop emeritus of Morón, Justo Oscar Laguna , donated him episcopal ordination on August 18 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the Bishop of Morón, Luis Guillermo Eichhorn , and the Bishop Emeritus of Cruz del Eje, Omar Félix Colomé .

Pope Francis appointed him military bishop of Argentina on March 28, 2017. The inauguration took place on June 30 of the same year.
