Sarıçam (Turk. "Pine") is a municipality of Adana and at the same time a district of the province of Adana in Turkey . The district, founded in 2008, is centrally located in the urban area of ​​Adana. This is where Çukurova Üniversitesi and the NATO base Incirlik Air Base are located .

The name of the place is derived from the pine forests (Sarı Çam stands for yellow pine ).
