Sarah Flack

Sarah Flack is an American film editor . She has often worked with independent director Steven Soderbergh ( Schizopolis , The Limey , Voll Frontal ) and with independent director Sofia Coppola ( Lost in Translation , Marie Antoinette and Somewhere ). For Lost in Translation she won the BAFTA Award for best editing .

Flack began as a production assistant for the film Kafka (1991) where she met director Steven Soderbergh. After working as an assistant in other independent films, Flack was hired by Soderbergh. She worked as a co-editor at Schizopolis (1996). Flack is represented by the Skouras Agency.
