Scarlet Klimek

Scarlet Klimek (born December 20, 1988 in West Berlin ) is a German-Australian children's song , pop singer and songwriter .

Life

Her grandmother Luisa Cester left northern Italy for Australia in mid-1940 and married Alfons Klimek after the war. Scarlet is a niece of twins Jayney and Johnny Klimek . Mariah Carey became her model in 1993 with the hit Dreamlover .

In 1998 her father Alf Klimek accepted Klaus Baumgart's offer and worked on the radio play version of the children 's book series Lauras Stern . In 1999, the ten-year-old sang children's songs for the radio plays Laura's Star Song Story for children and in 2000 with her younger brother Phillip for Laura 's Star Travel and Laura's Christmas Star . In 2001 she flew to Melbourne and continued her education at Sandringham Secondary College at Port Phillip .

In collaboration with her father and the Australian musician Daniel Matthysen, the two singles I Love You (Know It Sounds Cliche) and Don't Talk Dirty were completed with iTunes in August 2013.
