The Schandelbach is a left tributary of the Kinzig in the Main-Kinzig district in Hesse .

The Schandelbach rises at the edge of the forest west of Lützelhausen am Rauenberg . He crosses under the highway 3202 and then flows through the village. To the northeast of Lützelhausen it takes on the Lochgraben and shortly afterwards the Brühlgraben coming from the direction of Großenhausen . It crosses under the district road 896 and flows on to Altenhaßlau . There the Eichelbach flows into it. The Schandelbach now runs further north, undercrossing the Bundesautobahn 66 and the Kinzigtalbahn and flows into the Kinzig in Gelnhausen .
