occupation

action

The songwriter Julika Stetten retires to a country house to find peace there. After her burnout, she needs inspiration again, even though she is already putting the next deadline under pressure. Suddenly Julika is haunted by dreams. She is haunted by Katharina, who has already passed away. Julika now wants to find out what happened to her. In this way Julika is also confronted with the death of her mother.

criticism

The film service judges that the “gentle mystery thriller with a penchant for black romanticism, which does not require any glaring effects, combines routinely common genre set pieces with Bavarian mountain and landscape panoramas sinking in the morning mist”. The low-budget production would convince “with its courageous staging”, even if the “dialogues sometimes stumble”.
