Gabriel Raab

Gabriel Raab (born July 15, 1981 in Tyrlaching ) is a German actor .

Life

After graduating from the Benediktinergymnasium Ettal, Raab completed an acting training at the Munich Otto Falckenberg School . After various roles at the Schauspielhaus Zürich , the Schauspielhaus Bochum and the Teatro Sesc in Rio de Janeiro, his first engagement in 2006 led him to the Munich Volkstheater , where he stayed until 2010.

The largest ever theatrical success celebrated Raab at the Salzburg Festival , where he led by Christian Stückl between 2007 and 2009 in every one of the mammon embodied.

Gabriel Raab had his first leading role in 2008 in the BR television production Totentanz at the side of Michael Mendl , directed by Corbinian Lippl . Raab has been working as a freelance actor since then and has appeared alongside Uschi Glas and Uwe Ochsenknecht in numerous film and television productions.

The short film Zwei Zimmer, Balkon by director Enno Reese, in which Raab plays one of the leading roles, was released in 2010 a. a. awarded the Studio Hamburg Young Talent Prize.

Gabriel Raab lives in Munich.
