Lisa Kreuzer

Elisabeth "Lisa" Kreuzer (born December 2, 1945 in Hof ) is a German actress . She became known through the early work of Wim Wenders .

life and career

Growing up in Hof and Tübingen , Kreuzer attended a drama school in Munich from 1966 to 1969. She also worked for a medical literature publisher. She made her stage debut at the Munich Residenztheater , after which she was engaged at theaters in Ingolstadt , Munich , Berlin and Schwäbisch Hall . From 1972 she played in numerous television films and series. From 1973 to 1978 she took part in several films made by her long-time partner Wim Wenders. There she repeatedly embodied women who try to cope with their problems on their own.

In the 1980s she lived and worked for a long time in Paris . She has taken on roles in French, British and Italian cinema and television films. In addition to her international film work, she also worked in many German television productions, including Tatort , Polizeiruf 110 , Peter and Paul , Derrick and Der Alte .

Lisa Kreuzer has a son and lives in Munich .

Award

In 1978 she received a Golden Bambi for her performance in The American Friend .
