The two-storey house on Vohwinkeler Hauptstrasse, Kaiserstrasse, which is also classified as Bundesstrasse 228 , stands in the obtuse angle to the confluence of Schillerstrasse on a slight hill. The house is accessed in the middle on the east gable side , to the left there is a window. The upper floor has three axes on this side. The eaves wall facing the street has three axes on each of the two floors. The view side itself is protected from view by tall trees in the area of the front garden. On the rear side of the gable roof are two dormer windows on the western side . The house at Kaiserstraße 157 is on the western gable end.

Despite negative changes from the point of view of the monument authority on the rear paneling, the building was entered as a monument in the list of monuments of the city of Wuppertal on January 29, 1985 .
