The Schlößle in Kempten , also Dorn Schlößle called, is one in the Renaissance -held style, under monument protection standing mansion with plastered half-timbered gables . The address of the listed building is Am Schlössle 1 .

The house with the two raised bay windows was built by the mayor Ulrich Dorn between 1593 and 1624. In 1855 the facade was redesigned in the neo-Gothic style. Since the completion of the outside staircase in 1905, the facade of the palace has been visible from the town hall square. In 1956, the shopping mall in the house was inaugurated. A year later, the facade was restored to its original state. Today the building is used as a residential and commercial building. The Kempter open staircase is located below the castle .
