The castle Kniebos in Kempten (Allgäu) is as Postal received. The lost castle is located about 350 meters east of Kniebos, on the southern slope of the Mariaberg above the powder mill. Today the site is registered as a ground monument D-7-8227-0041 "Medieval Castle Stables" by the Bavarian State Office for Monument Preservation.
