The Bezachmühle is a district and a wasteland of the independent city of Kempten (Allgäu) .

In 1451 the mill and manor Zem Betzas was mentioned as a monastery fief. Various mentions followed, from which it can be deduced that the place name goes back to a family name. Milling took place in the Bezachmühle until 1896.

The place was attached to the rural community of Sankt Lorenz in 1818 and was subject to the parish Heiligkreuz . On July 1, 1972, Sankt Lorenz was incorporated into the city of Kempten (Allgäu).
