The Schlappoltkopf , also known as Schlappoldkopf in another spelling , is a 1969 m high mountain on the border of the Allgäu (Germany) and Vorarlberg , Austria. It divides the Birgsau valley from the Kleinwalsertal with the neighboring mountains Söllereck , Söllerkopf and Fellhorn .
These mountains are considered to be one of the most beautiful flower paradises in Germany. To the south of the summit lies the Schlappoltsee , which drains through the Schlappoltbach into the Stillach .
