The listed Neunheilingen Castle is located in Neunheilingen , a district of the city and rural community of Nottertal-Heilinger Heights in the Unstrut-Hainich district in Thuringia .

The von Werthern family's former castle was built in 1716. The two-story building is covered with a mansard roof with dormer windows . The ground floor is made of quarry stones , the upper floor consisted of half-timbering , which was partially replaced by masonry bricks . On the long sides there are slightly protruding risalites that end with a tympanum at the top . The portals are located in them . To the park it is simple, on the other side it is reached via a flight of stairs . In the park on the front of the building there is a water basin and a historical tombstone. Original routes can be seen. The rear park was separated in GDR times and built with a swimming pool.

Today the facility is privately owned and is being renovated in stages.
