Schultenbräu can

Schultenbräu is mainly in the Netherlands known Pils beer . It has been available in the Aldi stores there since 2003, as well as in the German Aldi Nord stores (there in the 0.5 l can).

The content of a can is 0.33 or 0.5 l, that of a bottle 0.3 l. The beer contains 4.9% or 8.0% alcohol available as Zwaar beer (strong beer) and is produced in the Feldschlößchen AG brewery (since 2010 Braunschweig brewery, which belongs to the Oettinger brewery ) in Braunschweig and in the Martens brewery in Bocholt ( Belgium) , where Karlsquell , an Aldi beer available in Germany, is also brewed.

The canned beer gained awareness through the Dutch comedy series New Kids and the movies New Kids Turbo and New Kids Nitro .

Before the introduction of the one-way deposit , beer was also sold in cans in German Aldi branches. The canned beer (0.5 l, aluminum / beverage can ) has been listed again in Aldi stores since April 2015 , the beer is produced in the Holsten brewery in Hamburg and in Mönchengladbach by a branch of the Oettinger brewery .
