history

In 2000, Bausparkasse Schwäbisch Hall and the Deutsche Genossenschafts-Hypothekenbank (DG HYP) merged their IT and processing departments and founded Schwäbisch Hall Kreditservice as a joint venture.

Hypotheken Management GmbH has been a 100% subsidiary of Schwäbisch Hall Kreditservice since January 1, 2006 . Mortgage Management is a processing and consulting service provider for banks, building societies and insurance companies outside the cooperative financial network. The VR Credit Service GmbH deals specifically with processing and consulting of cooperative banks in the process optimization .

Until March 31, 2012, Schwäbisch Hall Kreditservice operated under the name VR Kreditwerk AG . The renaming and the new image are intended to underline the solidarity in the Schwäbisch Hall Group .

In addition to its headquarters in Schwäbisch Hall, the company has locations in Hanover , Frankfurt am Main , Stuttgart and Munich .

This offers services and solutions for cooperative banks . The "Baufi FastLane" software solution is unique, as it enables automated credit decision-making and processing of private mortgage lending.

Baufi FastLane has been used successfully in numerous VR banks, PSD banks and Sparda banks across Germany for many years. Baufi FastLane is provided in close cooperation with Fiducia & GAD IT .
