Swiss floorball championship 2009/10

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The 2009/10 Swiss Floorball Championship was the 28th season of the Floorball Championship.

Ten teams took part in the Swiss Mobiliar League , with the first eight reaching the playoffs. For next season there is an increase in the highest league to 12 participants, whereby a special promotion / relegation round was played this season. The National League B will lose two clubs for the next season, but this will be corrected one season later. At the same time, the 2009/10 season was the first to be played in the two highest leagues without the final or relegation poules in a second phase. After the main round, the playoffs or playouts started.

As in previous years, SV Wiler-Ersigen , which dominated the championship and thus secured its 6th championship title, became Swiss champions .
