Scott Mann is a British film director , screenwriter and film producer originally from Newton Aycliffe , County Durham and now based in Los Angeles .

Career

Mann has been in the film business since the mid-1990s. Before making feature films, Mann directed several short films such as Chaingangs (2003) and Tug of War (2006) and he was involved in various television formats. Robert Carlyle , Ving Rhames , Kelly Hu , Ian Somerhalder and Scott Adkins star in his first feature film, The Tournament , an action film released in October 2009 . Mann's second feature film, The 657 Bus Hijacking, starring Robert De Niro , Kate Bosworth , Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Dave Bautista , was released in November 2015. In 2018, his third feature film, Final Score, followed , also an action film.
