Scott Mechlowicz

Scott David Mechlowicz (born January 17, 1981 in New York City ) is an American actor. He began his acting career in 2003 and is best known for his leading roles in the comedy Eurotrip and the dramas Mean Creek and Peaceful Warrior .

Life

Mechlowicz was born in New York City and grew up in a Jewish family; his mother is a respiratory therapist. He grew up in Texas , where he met his girlfriend Heather Weeks . He graduated from Plano Senior High School and attended the University of Texas at Austin for a semester . Mechlowicz then moved to Los Angeles , where he studied at the University of California (UCLA) and graduated from an acting program at the University of Music in 2003.
