Andorran prostitute and single mother Catalina "Cat" Rona is commissioned to take part in an orgy for powerful men, including US Senator William Krebb, in Montenegro. When the senator kills one of the women during the act of love, the order is given to kill the others present in order not to leave witnesses. However, Cat can escape the surveillance camera with a hard drive. An official manhunt for Cat, charged with false accusations, ensues, and reckless hitman Helen Bingham is hired to get the hard drive and kill Cat. Meanwhile, the Americans Julian Simms and Anthony Hester decide to open a detective agency. When they read in the newspaper that Cat is wanted by the police, they decide to track her down and expect a reward. In doing so, however, they get in the way of Helen and consequently decide to protect Cat from the murderer. When Helen is betrayed by the people who hired her, she decides to help Anthony, Julian, and Cat regain their freedom.
