Sebastian Ghasemi-Nobakht (born October 11, 1985 in Göttingen ) is a German football player of Iranian descent on the position of attacking midfielder .
Career
Ghasemi-Nobakht was under contract with third division club Rot Weiss Ahlen from July 2010 . By June 30, 2010 he played twelve games for SpVgg Greuther Fürth in the 2nd Bundesliga (two goals) and twelve games for their reserve in the Regionalliga Süd . Due to an inflammation of the heart muscle, Sebastian had to sit out for half a year and, like his younger brother Rubic , played in the second half of the 2011/12 season for the upper division RSV Göttingen 05 and thus returned to his hometown. Due to persistent back problems, however, he only came on two missions. After the end of his contract in the summer of 2012, he was again without a club. In January 2013 he joined the Berlin upper division club BFC Viktoria 1889 , with whom he became champion of the upper division northeast and rose to the regional league. Ghasemi-Nobakht left Victoria in the summer of the same year and went to the national league club CFC Hertha 06 . With the Charlottenburgers , he rose to the Berlin League in 2014 and the Oberliga Nordost in 2015. During the winter break of 2016/17 he moved to Berlin Türkspor 1965 . Ghasemi-Nobakht returned to CFC Hertha 06 for the 2018/19 season.
