Sebastian Rumniak (born January 20, 1985 in Wąbrzeźno , Poland) is a Polish handball player .

The 1.93 meter tall and 83 kilogram right back player played until August 2010 for Orlen Wisła Płock , then for Warmia Anders Group Społem Olsztyn and from April 2012 to February 2013 at NMC Powen Zabrze . From February 2013 he was under contract with the German third division Stralsunder HV ; after the 2012/2013 season he left the club again. For the 2013/14 season he received a one-year contract with the second division HC Empor Rostock . He then joined the Polish association PE Gwardia Opole .

With Wisła Płock he was Polish champion in 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2008 and runner-up in 2007 and 2009; in 2005, 2007 and 2009 he also won the Polish Cup with this club. Internationally, he was in the EHF Cup (2009/2010), the EHF Champions League (2004/2005, 2005/2006, 2006/2007 and 2008/2009) and in the European Cup Winners' Cup (2003/2004, 2005/2006, 2006 / 2007 and 2007/2008).

Sebastian Rumniak was also nominated for the Polish men's national handball team .

He has been married since June 23, 2012.
