A part of the natural area of building land in Baden-Württemberg is known as the Seckach-Kirnau-Platten . The Seckach-Kirnau-Platten as natural spatial subunit no. 128.50 of the main unit group Neckar- and Tauber-Gäuplatten are one of three sub - subdivision units of the unit middle building land (no. 128.5) in the second decimal place. The other subdivision units of the middle building land are the Kessachplatten (No. 128.51) and the Stöckig natural area (No. 128.52).
From the Middle land are mainly Seckach-Kirnau plates in the Neckartal-Odenwald . This area includes the finger-shaped branched valley system of the Seckach , which divides the shell limestone surfaces into several plates.
