The Seehorn ( 2439 m above sea level ) is a mountain in the Valais Alps . It is located on the south side of the Simplon Pass, east of Gabi, a district of the municipality of Simplon . There is a transmitter on the summit.
The climb from Gabi is relatively easy and marked . The first part of the path corresponds to the Stockalperweg . From the Furggu you leave the Stockalperweg , from there you have to plan another 1½ hours.
The mountain is also very suitable as a ski tour . This leads from Gabi over the Feerberg to the summit in 4 hours.
