The Segona Divisió 2012/13 was the 14th season of the second highest football league in Andorra . It began on September 30, 2012 and ended on May 12, 2013. At the end of the season, the top of the table rose and the runner-up still had the chance to rise via a relegation game against the seventh of the Primera Divisió .

This season, instead of 10 teams as in the previous year, 12 teams took part. Five rounds before the end of the season, FC Ordino led the table with a 16-point lead and was thus early promoted.
