The Seilhenker is a 1,791 m high knoll on the northeast ridge of the Kleine Höfats . From the south, the crest is grassed almost to the summit, while the north side drops several hundred meters with imposing steep walls. There is no marked path leading to the rope hangman. It can be reached from the upper hole over a grass ridge and requires surefootedness and a head for heights. The north-east face was climbed for the first time and for the last time in a 22-hour climbing period in 1932.
