Selin Münz (born May 4, 1997 in Reutlingen ) is a German soccer player who plays for VfL Sindelfingen in the Bundesliga .

Career

societies

Münz started her career at the age of five in the male Bambini team of TSV Altenburg . In the summer of 2009 she turned her back on Altenburg and went to the D-youth of the TuS Metzingen, from there after two years she went to the C-youth of the SSV Reutlingen. In Reutlingen she developed into a top performer and junior national player, which brought her a contract with the Bundesliga club VfL Sindelfingen in the summer of 2012. There she moved up in the summer of 2013 after being relegated to the Bundesliga at the age of only 16. She made her senior debut for VfL Sindelfingen in the DFB Cup on September 1, 2013 against SC Fortuna Köln and a week later the 16-year-old made her Bundesliga debut against TSG 1899 Hoffenheim.

National team

She wore the national jersey of the DFB for the first time on November 1, 2011 in Brühl in the 3-0 win of the U-15 national team against the selection of Scotland. Two days later in Hennef , in the 8-0 win against the Scottish team, it was used again, as was the case on April 18, 2012 in Uden in the 3-0 win against the Dutch national team. She played the last two international matches for this national team on June 6th and 8th, 2012 in a 4-2 and 2-0 win against the U-16 national team of Austria. She made her debut for the U-16 national team on September 11, 2012 in Hamburg in a 3-1 win over Norway.
