The Eppingen station is a filling station for radio. It is located about two kilometers west of downtown Eppingen in the immediate vicinity of federal highway 293 . A free-standing reinforced concrete mast is used as an antenna carrier.

From here, the city of Eppingen and the surrounding area was supplied with the radio program Radio Ton .

Until the introduction of DVB-T , the television programs Das Erste (transmission power: 15 W), ZDF (transmission power: 15 W) and SWR Fernsehen (transmission power: 20 W) were broadcast terrestrially by this station.

No radio program is currently broadcast via the station.
