The 2008/09 season of the Serbian Ice Hockey League ( Serbian Prvenstvo Srbije u hokeju na ledu Првенство Србије у ҳоқејү на леду , literally translated: Serbian ice hockey championship) was the third season of the highest ice hockey division in Serbia , with five teams playing from the Serbian champions .

Note: HK Partizan Belgrade was declared the winner at the green table and only entered the playoffs in the finals. Vojvodina won the first game before Partizan won the championship in his favor with two wins, including a win in the second extra time. The fourth game of the final series was due to be played in Novi Sad, but the home team's ice hockey equipment fell victim to a fire, so the championship was ended with immediate effect and Partizan was declared the winner.
