Sercan Kaya (born March 15, 1988 in Izmir ) is a Turkish football player .

Career

society

Kaya played for Bucaspor in his youth . Before the start of the 2006/07 season he was called from the youth team to the professional team and played for Bucaspor for four years. During this time he was promoted to the Süper Lig with the club , but rose again after the first season in May 2011. The midfielder still convinced some clubs with his performance and decided to play for Trabzonspor from then on . Kaya made his debut for Trabzonspor on January 11, 2012 against Istanbul Güngörenspor in the Turkish Football Cup. He scored his first goal for Trabzon in the same game.

In the winter transfer period 2012/13 he moved to the second division Çaykur Rizespor together with his teammate Eren Albayrak .

In the summer of 2016, he left Rizespor after three years and instead joined the second division side Adana Demirspor . After his season he moved on to MKE Ankaragücü within the TFF 1st Lig . Within the Adanaspor same transfer period, Kaya left the capital city after two league appearances and switched to league rivals Adanaspor .

Sercan Kaya played twice for the Turkish U-20 team .
