Sjarhej Alaj

Sjarhej Alaj ( Belarusian Сяргей Алай , English transcription Siarhey Alay, also Russian Сергей Алай - Sergei Alai - Sergey Alay ; born June 11, 1965 in Minsk ) is a former Belarusian hammer thrower .

At the 1993 World Championships in Athletics in Stuttgart, he was fourth in the 1995 World Cup in Gothenburg in sixth at the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta eighth. 1993 became Belarusian champion. He achieved his best length of 82.00 m on May 12, 1992 in Stajki . Sjarhej Alaj is 1.84 meters tall and weighed 98 kg at competition times.
