Sergei Ivanuskin (born January 18, 1988 ) is a former Lithuanian ice hockey player who played mainly for Energija Elektrėnai in the Latvian ice hockey league.
Career
Sergei Ivanuskin began his career as an ice hockey player with the Lithuanian record champions Energija Elektrėnai , for whom he made his debut in the Latvian ice hockey league, in which the club competed at the time, at the age of 16 in 2004 . In the following years he was mainly used in the Latvian league. In 2010 he moved to HK Zelenograd in the third-class Russian Pervaya League , where he was hardly used and in 2011 ended his career.
International
For Lithuania, Ivanuskin took part in the junior division of the U18 World Championships in 2005 and 2006 in Division II and in the U20 World Championships in 2005 and 2007 in Division II, in 2006 in Division III and in 2008 in Division I.
He made his debut in the Lithuanian men's national team at the 2008 World Cup in Division I, in which he also played in 2009 . He also played in qualifying for the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin .
