Sergio Ariel González (born November 12, 1974 in San Rafael ) is an Argentine biathlete .

Sergio González lives in San Carlos de Bariloche . The married soldier starts for Club de Montaña Cazadores de los Andes and is trained by Carlos Gaston Fanti. In the 2002/03 season he started regularly in the European Biathlon Cup . He contested his first race in Windischgarsten and was 67th of the sprint. The best result was a 31st place in a sprint in Gurnigel , with which the Argentine missed the point positions by one place. He started in August 2010 at the Biathlon South American Championships in Portillo and his home town of Bariloche . In the championship, which was held as a racing series, González was in Portillo tenth of the individual, ninth in the sprint race and eleventh in the mass start race. In the sprint race in Bariloche he came in second behind Leandro Ribela and in front of Axel Ciuffo . In the overall standings, in which only three of the four races went, he finished seventh.
