Serkan Yanık (born April 2, 1987 in Toulouse ) is a Turkish - French football player.
Career
Yanık was born in 1987 in Toulouse, France, as the son of Turkish immigrants. He learned to play football here as a street footballer and was then discovered by the talent hunters of the Stade Reims . In the summer of 2007 he moved to the then second division club Kocaelispor . Here he immediately found his way into the starting eleven and reached the TFF 1st Lig championship with his team at the end of the season and thus direct promotion to the Süper Lig . In the Süper Lig he was more of a reservist and only appeared sporadically. After his contract expired, he moved to the second division side Bucaspor . Here he immediately regained a regular place and reached the runner-up in the TFF 1st Lig with his team at the end of the season and thus direct promotion to the Süper Lig. After a year in the Süper Lig, he and his team rose again to TFF 1. Lig off.
In the summer of 2012, he left Bucaspor after his contract expired and moved to the first division club Mersin İdman Yurdu .
After Mersin İY missed relegation in the summer of 2013, Yanık moved to league rivals Gençlerbirliği Ankara . For the next winter break he returned to his previous club Mersin İY.
In the summer of 2015 he moved to the second division Gaziantep Büyükşehir Belediyespor . A season later he moved on with his teammate Nikola Raspopović to league rivals Adana Demirspor .
