The Serpenna is a 13 km long tributary of the Merse in the province of Siena in Tuscany in Italy.

The Serpenna rises in the Montagnola Senese at Poderuccio west of Sovicille , flows through the eastern part of the Pian de Rosia east of Rosia , where he at San Rocco a Pilli the city Siena touched, and ends at the mill Molino del Palazzaccio east of Orgia in the Merse . In the upper reaches of the Serpenna does not have regular water and is therefore called Fosso Serpenna.
