Sex Up - I can do it again from 2005 is the sequel to the movie Sex Up - It's not easy for boys either . The film was also directed by Florian Gärtner and first broadcast on March 24, 2005 on ProSieben .

The three friends Anton Ziegler (goat), Adam Hoppeszcynski (bunny) and Maximilian Spackmann (Max) moved to Berlin to study. There they try, quite unsuccessfully, to keep their heads above water with part-time jobs. With the appearance of the “SEX UP” plant, which was believed to be lost, the tide turned. The boys sell the red sap as an aphrodisiac on the Internet. After taking the pills, you get hot at who you look at after 53 minutes. Business is doing very well. The jungle plant feeds on beer and pizza.
As a “beginner” in the gay scene, Max has a hard time making friends. The intensely stimulating drug "SEX UP" comes in handy. Ziege also helps with the remedy to conquer his dream woman Natascha. However, the goat and Max end up in bed together once, because the goat who was puffed up with "SEX UP" got lost in Max's room and the drug was just starting to work.
Hubertus von Hochstetten, the boss of Ziege's crush Natascha, wants to screw up the boys' business. Since his pharmaceutical company is in a crisis, he steals all the plants from his friends and passes the miracle cure off as his invention. However, his company's scientists cannot find out what the plants are feeding on. Bunny is kidnapped and is supposed to be forced to reveal the information with loud music. At the last minute, Valerie, Ziege, Max and Juan manage to free rabbits from the hands of their tormentors.
At the press conference held by Hubertus von Hochstetten for the presentation of the new product "SEX UP", the plants explode because they were poured with non-alcoholic beer with the help of Natascha by relabelling.
Natascha rescued a plant from the company's laboratory. Natascha and Ziege want to split the future profits in half. Max and Juan as well as Valerie and Bunny finally found each other.
