Thorsten Feller (born April 1, 1973 in Berlin ) is a German actor , singer and photo model .

life and career

Thorsten Feller grew up in Berlin and started playing guitar at the age of twelve. During his school days he played in the school's theater troupe for three years. After graduating from high school, he began studying political science at the Distance University of Berlin in 1993. Since 1994 he worked as a (photo) model, a. a. for Boss and Vivienne Westwood and played in a blues rock band. He made his acting debut in the French film Men Like It Hot! . Shortly afterwards he got one of the leading roles in the RTL comedy series Happiness .

Feller was mainly due to the role of Kai Flemming in RTL - Soap Among us known that he represented from 1998 to 2000. In the meantime he was in a relationship with his series partner Isabel Florido . After leaving, he played in various films such as Mädchen, Mädchen , Erkan & Stefan , Feuer, Eis & Dosenbier and a solo album . Thorsten Feller also released the music single Atlantis (a cover of Donovan's song ) on July 5, 1999 under the name Feller . At the beginning of the 1990s he was already playing guitar in Dieter Bohlen's project Blue System . In 2004 he contributed the title song Better than Love to the movie Better than School , in which he also played the leading role of Marc . Thorsten Feller also acted as a singer in the series Secretaries - Survival from 9 to 5 : In the eighth episode ( The Jubilee ) he performed the Elvis Presley song You are always on my mind .

Thorsten Feller has been a state-approved alternative practitioner since 2011 and, in addition to acting, works as a body therapist, yoga teacher and osteopath (graduated from Sutherland College). Since 2015 Thorsten Feller has also been working as a lecturer in massage and osteopathy in Berlin and Offenbach for various training providers (Medios, Paracelsus).

In 2018 Feller played the role of the Dutchman Dick in the play Der Herztrittmacher in the Karlsruhe Chamber Theater (directed by Christian Kühn). At the moment he is in preparation for the Christmas play Alle unter ein Tanne , directed by Urs Schleiff, which will be performed in December at the Comödie Dresden. [outdated]
