Seyoum Franso Noel (born August 20, 1970 in the Arsi Zone , Ethiopia ) is Vicar Apostolic of Hosanna .
Life
Seyoum Franso Noel received on 5 September 1998, the sacrament of Holy Orders .
Pope Francis appointed him Titular Bishop of Eminentiana and Vicar Apostolic of Hosanna on April 8, 2017 . The Archbishop of Addis Ababa , Berhaneyesus Demerew Cardinal Souraphiel CM , donated him episcopal ordination on July 2nd of the same year . Co- consecrators were his predecessor Woldeghiorghis Mathewos and the Vicar Apostolic of Meki , Abraham Desta .
