Sharon Rachel Osbourne , born Sharon Rachel Levy (born October 9, 1952 in London ), is a British music manager and presenter . She is the wife of Ozzy Osbourne .

Life

The daughter of the former Black Sabbath manager and Jet Records company boss Don Arden (1926–2007), who was born Harry Levy , and his wife Hope († 1998) left school at the age of 15 and worked for her father as a receptionist. One of her childhood dreams was to become a ballerina .

She has been married to Ozzy Osbourne since July 4, 1982 and is the stepmother of Jessica Mayfair . She has three children with Ozzy Osbourne: Aimee Rachel (* 1983), Kelly Lee (* 1984) and son Jack (* 1985).

Sharon Osbourne already worked as a manager at Black Sabbath, and she also took on management activities for her husband's solo albums. In 1996 she also started the Ozzfest music festival . Sharon Osbourne contracted colon cancer in 2002 , but is now considered cured.

Since 2006, she has had her own television show, The Sharon Osbourne Show . From October 2008 to January 2009 she was the presenter of the US show Charm School: Rock of Love Girls , which was a spin-off from Rock of Love , in which a few selected candidates of the first and second season should learn correct behavior. In the reunion show, in which the candidates all reappeared after the final, she spilled a red liquid on candidate Megan Hauserman because of an insult to Osbourne's husband Ozzy.

She was a juror on the television shows X Factor in the UK from 2004 to 2007 and 2013 and from 2016 and America's Got Talent until 2012. She also appeared in the sixth episode of the first season of the British version and in the twelfth episode of the third season of the US - American version of The Masked Singer as a guest judge .
