Kelly Lee Osbourne (* 27. October 1984 in London ) is a British musician of style pop and rock music , presenter and model . She is the daughter of rock musician Ozzy Osbourne and his wife Sharon Osbourne .

biography

At the beginning of the 2000s, Osbourne was one of several up-and-coming artists who at least revived the fashion of the punk rock era. Kelly Osbourne rose to become a media star in The Osbournes , the reality TV series about her family.

In 2002 Osbourne released her debut album Shut Up , which only sold moderately. Only her cover version of Madonna's hit Papa Don't Preach was of interest . The song reached number 3 on the charts in England. The single Changes released in November 2003 - a cover version of a song by Black Sabbath , sung as a duet with Ozzy Osbourne - reached number 1 on the UK single charts. It was the first number 1 in England for both daughter and father.

On April 4, 2004, Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne announced that their daughter had sought medical treatment to manage her addiction to pain medication .

For published on 8 November 2005 album the Body Acoustic by Cyndi Lauper Osbourne should with Lauper Girls Just Want To Have Fun reinterpret. This did not happen, however, as Osbourne was replaced by the Japanese duo Puffy AmiYumi .

On September 4, 2006, MTV News reported that Kelly married her ex-boyfriend Matty Derham in Ireland. As was later revealed, the ceremony, which was held in an inflatable church, was just a joke.

On November 15, 2010, Kelly announced on Twitter that her middle name was not "Michelle". According to her own statements, she does not know why he was officially her middle name for years.
