Shawn Mullins
Shawn Mullins (born March 8, 1968 in Atlanta , Georgia , USA ) is an American musician and songwriter who specializes in folk , folk rock and alternative country .
Career
His biggest commercial success to date was his single Lullaby in 1998 , which was a huge hit worldwide. In 2000, Mullins released a cover version of the Prince song in 1999 on the Andrew Denton Breakfast Show Musical Challenge sampler . In 2002 he founded the folk rock group The Thorns with Matthew Sweet and Pete Droge ; their eponymous and so far only music album was released in 2003.
