She Wants Revenge is an American band. They are currently under contract with Perfect Kiss , part of the Flawless Records label operated by Limp Bizkit Frontman Fred Durst .

Band history

She Wants Revenge was founded in 2005. The group had their breakthrough when the single "Out of Control" was included in the programs of several radio stations. With the follow-up single "These Things" they achieved a great success at Yahoo! Music and she were shortlisted for the “Artist of the Month” election. The final breakthrough came with the video for "Tear You Apart" made by Joaquin Phoenix . The song gained further notoriety through its use in the film Number 23 and in the first episode of the fifth season of American Horror Story.

The debut album of the same name was produced by Michael Patterson , who had also worked with Beck , The Notorious BIG and Black Rebel Motorcycle Club . The album peaked at number 38 on the Billboard 200 charts.

In 2006, She Wants Revenge performed at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival and Lollapalooza . They then went on tour as a support act with Depeche Mode and Placebo .
