Sieringhoek is a district of the city of Bad Bentheim in the Lower Saxony district of Grafschaft Bentheim on the borders with North Rhine-Westphalia in the south and the Netherlands in the west.

Geography and transport links

The place is south of the core city of Bad Bentheim on the K 10. The L 39 runs north, the B 403 and the A 31 east. To the south-west lies the Gildehauser Venn nature reserve .

history

In 1963 the village community center was built.

As part of the Lower Saxony municipal reforms on 1 March 1974, the communities were Bardel and Sieringhoek along with the city and the joint community Bentheim Gildehaus for unified community united city Bentheim.
