Sig Ohlemann
Sig Ohlemann (actually Siegmar Karl Ohlemann; born May 11, 1938 in Kassel ) is a former Canadian middle-distance runner and sprinter of German origin.
In 1959 he was seventh over 800 m at the Pan American Games in Chicago .
At the Olympic Games in Rome in 1960, he was eliminated over 800 m in the preliminary run and reached the semi-finals in the 4 x 400 meter relay . In the 4 x 100 meter relay , he jumped in the semi-finals for Harry Jerome and was eliminated with the Canadian relay.
In 1963 he won silver over 800 m at the Pan American Games in São Paulo .
In 1959 and 1960 he was Canadian champion over 800 m and 1963 over 440 yards .
