The Sigma dp3 Quattro is a compact camera from Sigma . The official market launch took place in June 2014.
technical features
The Sigma dp3 Quattro is the third camera in the new dp-Quattro series. The special feature of the camera is the newly developed Foveon X3 direct sensor, which has a sensor for blue, green and red pixels. As a result, the sensor takes advantage of the fact that red light can penetrate more deeply than comparatively green or blue light. The display is 3 inches in size and has approximately 307,000 RGB pixels. The camera has a 50 mm focal length (equivalent to 75 mm for small images ) with an aperture of 2.8, which makes the dp3 Quattro particularly suitable for portrait photography or detailed shots .
