Signe Swensson

Signe Swensson, 1926

Signe Swensson (born November 23, 1888 in Trondhjem ; † April 22,  1974 ) was a Norwegian doctor, suffragette and politician of the conservative Høyre party . She was a member of the Norwegian Parliament from 1931 to 1936 and a city councilor in Trondheim from 1937 to 1947. She was vice-president and 1956 president of Norsk Kvinnesaksforening .
